Well I collected 3 little 1 month old MBKs today, rescued from an idiot who was going to cut off their heads as he didn't want them and couldn't sell! 2 others went to other caring homes. Can't believe some people.
They are beautiful little fellas, lovely colour and seem to be good natured and fed well. Pics when I can get them out!

the hatch date on the tubs are 06/08 but they seem older to me as they are much bigger than any corns I've seen that age. Are Kings bigger babies?

Good on ya for rescuing them. Only 1 month old?! That's not a long time to have waited to sell them. Sounds like they had a very lucky escape

I know SB some evil people! As an ex police officer I've seen the worst in people and it stopped amazing me some time ago, what some people will do and not blink an eye or give a second thought about, it's normal to them.

OMG poor things, so glad you saved them, there are some awful people out there :(

Lee Posted - 10/09/2013 : 12:54:53
Well fortunately I didn't meet him otherwise I would have had to say something. Don't know if he even tried to sell them.

Good on you for rescuing them and how very lucky for them! Some people shouldn't be allowed animals

Out of interest just where are you?

actually looking at pics they look more like Desert Kings to me, two are identical and the other has a different pattern.

Lucky save!

I never cease to be amazed! I mean to kill them, if you don't want them give them to a pet shop at least so they have some chance. They are absolutely beautiful as well, quite chunky and ok to handle.

Good on you for saving them, I can't believe what some people would do - I mean, why breed them / get them, when he wasn't prepared to look after them, till they're sold.
Lee Posted - 09/09/2013 : 20:40:32
well if someone wants one they are welcome to come get one!
