I'm thinking (very hard as I've been sent photos and he's gorgeous) of buying a one year old crestie from someone I've seen advertising him, he comes with his set up, but no thermostat or UV lighting. I have a spare stat, so that's not a problem.
I've been looking to find a stockist for powdered food, and wondered if it was best to buy online? How long will powdered food last one gecko?

I bought both my clarks and repashy online, clarks from: http://www.lillyexotics.co.uk/ and repashy from: http://www.repashy.co.uk/
I have since found PAH near me stock repashy, but will still order online.
Congratulations on joining the sticky feet club

Aww thank you both SB's It's still on, and was a misunderstanding on my part Just need to sort a day to collect. That's proving more difficult as I've recently started a new job and the hours are a bit odd...but hope to sort something in the next week or so

Oh no, but you cant have the food there, i mean that bag is going to be in the way (even though its so small) the hassle of returning it.
For the sake of the food you HAVE to get a crestie,
This one just wasnt meant to be, but there is a poor crestie looking around for you just counting down the days till you make a forever home for it.

Oh no! What a shame :(

Obviously you don't want to waste the food, will just have to find one elsewhere ;)

Sadly it looks like the seller has changed her
mind I now either have to buy a crestie to
go with the food, or give it up for the moment.
Not pleased !

scottishbluebird Posted - 15/08/2013 : 17:15:36
Ah well, least you are still getting him
Hissyfit Posted - 15/08/2013 : 14:53:27
Can't pick him up today after all, the seller had something urgent and won't be there Will have to be patient, but may be for the best as the Repashy is on its way and might be better if the food is here first.

Lily exotics or ebay, can last about 8 months
And dont think about getting a crestie, JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!

I think it's best to buy repashy online and I think it is generally accepted as the best way to feed them

I've been researching the care etc of them as I'm quite interested in getting one myself. From what I've read, a bag of it will last about 6 months (that is how long you can keep it after it has been opened anyway, unless you put it in the freezer)
