Hera has eaten I was just so excited I had to tell someone that would appreciate it. OH just said "She did something that all animals can instinctively do'. Yeeeeah but not all hatchling house snakes do it well enough to make it...
I thought she was going to leave it again but I left it with her overnight and it was gone in the morning and she had a suspicious bulge

Zeus has eaten three times now, little piggy. He looks obviously bigger too. I will have to weigh them both once they have digested.

Thanks everyone

smartbunny - no she's not shed yet. Her eyes have yet to go cloudy too but tbh I could have missed it as she is sooooooo teeny. She's even paler now. Very interesting watching her colour change. The breeder said their colours change dependent on where in their shed cycle they are. Zeus has gone very very dark, almost black. It'll be interesting to see at what part of their colour change they shed

Yayyyyy that's fab news, well done Hera!! And as for insinct... I am 100% certain Prism would have died if we hadn't started asssist feding her when we did, she was so thin and lifeless, so no, they don't always instinctively feed :P

I assume she has not shed then? (unless I am still to see a shed thread lol)
