I know i am way off from getting my hoggie, but if one needs a home near me i wont resist sssshhhhhh dont tell OH (or council) but i know a new snake need to be in another room for a while, but what about a new snake and a crestie, would snake have to be kept away for quarantine? and would about a foot apart upset either one?

Yeah wont tell ANYONE, only problem kids next door like to come in to see Fudge, Kellogs and Peanut. If it was their mum then gonna be problem as hoggie would be close to Fudge, suppose i could say i gave Fudge away!

That's shocking SBB, can't believe someone grassed you to the council! I'd be very careful who I mention things to, and if/when you sneak in your hoggie, don't tell anyone until you know who you can trust

Personally I would keep a new reptile away from all other reptiles during quarantine just to be on the safe side, there are some things which are transferrable over species.

I like to be prepared, so kitchen it would have to be for a while
And dont say things like the council wouldnt have to know, they not happy with me as it is otherwise, id have sneaked one in by now

And Jayclk, there is pemission to be had for ANY pet even fish in angus council houses, so you might be ok, but be very careful, as one of neighbours grassed me for the pets that i have, thats how they not happy with me, i had to fight to keep what i have
