Hi guys,
Not had my royal long, but ive noticed he makes a whistling sound (sounds more like short whistles than a wheeze to me). He only makes this sound when hes being handled and not when hes slinking about doing his own thing.
Ive been looking on the web for a answer, one suggestion ive found is a piece of skin stuck in the nostrils from a previous shed. He has got a couple of very small pieces of skin on his head from his last shed also.
Theres no other signs of a respiratory infection, so im thinking its not that, but im not a massively experienced snake owner. I dont know if im just being paranoid that it could be an infection.

I have registered on the Royal Python forum, but havent been approved yet.
Any suggestions guys?
Thanks in advance,
Dan
