We went and picked up my new boa yesterday. It is SO difficult to only buy one snake when visiting a well stocked reptile shop. So many others to look at. Of course we came home with an extra one.
The Boa, she is gorgeous. Not completely sure if she is a common boa the shop owner said he thought she may be a cross due to her colouring. Will have to post some pics when she has settled in and see what others on here think. She originally came from Cold-Blooded Reptiles. I was tempted by a beautiful young German bred Yellow Anaconda, he even said he would do me a great deal on the annie but I was very good and resisted. Just haven't got the room for two large snakes really.
The other snake that came home with us is just stunning. Only a baby and a little small for his age as was a slow starter. Growing well now though. He is a ................. Guess you will have to wait for pics of this one as well  lol |
