Cheers mate, revamping her viv on Saturday so will snap a few then, how are yours doing?

Coming on well thanks. Just picked up my new vivs today (3 off 3' x 15" x 15" and 3 off 4' x 2' x 2') so I have got a lot of work ahead getting them all fitted out but I can get all of my carpets into their forever vivs soon (once quarantine has finished). Picking up a male carpet on Saturday to complete my collection so keep your eyes peeled as I will be posting pictures

Well done, look forward to seeing him.

Grantly in my sig pic is an Irian Jaya Jaguar, I just love the striking colours on him.

So does that mean he is a Irian jaya X jag coastal carpet?

How big is he? very nice snake

Think so, I was told he would keep the irian jaya trait of being fairly small, hes about 1 and a half years old so not fully grown yet, im guesing he's going on 4ft now, haven't measured in while.

I rarely handle him but when I do I wear gloves, not cos im scared of getting tagged I just don't want blood everywhere lol.

Ruby is a New Guinea carpet, virtually the same thing, just from a different area of the island. Would defiantly recommend one, great fun and not too large when fully grown. Had her since she was six months and only tagged twice both being my fault, first trying to get her out of the viv when she had no intention of coming out and the second when she was still in feeding mode, you soon learn their likes and dislikes. Plan on getting another next year myself.
