Posted - 10/10/2012 : 20:08:08 Hi all, need some help identifing a gecko, he was brough into the local pet shop after being found on a truck which had come from spain! having done a google search i am wondering if he could be a moorish gecko? thoughts welcome. sorry the pic isnt very good he is a very small little guy!

Posted - 17/10/2012 : 22:58:45 he's gone to the college where i work we're goining to look after him. Because he wasn't part of their stock they couldnt sell him and they didnt want to give him to another pet shop so the college said they'd take him on. He's feeding well and has settle well into his new home. i'll keep you posted on his progress and hopfully will manage to get some decent photos of him! |

Posted - 17/10/2012 : 17:47:03 From what I can make out with the stripy tail, the size of it and their abundance in Spain I'd say its a Mediterranean House Gecko (Hemidactylus turcicus). |
