its wing span is about 3 inches
the underside of the top part of his wings are red and the top of the inner part of the wing is red with a black eye.

Me too! But I don't like creepy critters in general! Why is it that when you mush a moth, its dust and not goo that comes out? lol |

Posted - 02/07/2012 : 17:47:48 There are loaads of moths about at min :D I like them, as long as they dont fly at my face.
Saw a massive one a while back, it was all a creamy yellowy colour, proper nice :) |

Posted - 02/07/2012 : 00:09:24 Cool. It was huge, are they common, I've never seen one before. The cat brought in a caterpillar a similar size in the summer. Green, with a big thorn like hook on its bum :) |
