pmsl my baby royal Zazu just tried to tag me on the wrist poor we thing failed...badly...but what I have to laugh at is the look she gave me after it she not fed since we got her 2 weeks ago so do you think she could be hungry now that she took a liken to my wrist lol aww got to love her I'm quite proud of myself as well 1 didn't even try to pull away so woohoo for me |

My first corn nose bumped me once carried on cleaning her rub while she sat in my free hand, looked back and she was latched onto my thumb xD didn't see or feel her bite on at all |

Tried feeding her tonight she striked but I got a fright and so did she grrrr me...I feel gutted now as she didn't take it so I put it in her rub with her on a bit off kitchen roll. |

2 weeks for a royal not eating after being rehomed is nothing unusual. the strike may well be she feels threatened and not quite settled yet. |

my royal tried to eat my thumb once
it hurts a lot more when they are actually convinced you are food!
Good job he's only 18" long lol.

i got tagged twice on the weekend when handling a hatchling at my local rep shop, first time tagged...haha......didnt even feel it.
I reckon i may feel it from billi though if she ever decides to have a go... |

lol will get hubby to try feeding her again when he get up...it is funny when baby corns try to tag you mine has done it to me it just felt like a little bump if i never seen it with my own eyes i would have thought he just bumped into me lol |

And well done for not pulling away , a very difficult thing to do .
I just bought two new corns on monday , one of them was a hypo bloodred female , fell for her because she was very lively and keen to get out of my hands , not lethargic etc .
Got her home , took her out of her box to put in her new home and the tinker tagged me about 6 times in about 5 seconds , was funny to watch , must'nt have liked the car ride home :P |
