i went to the royals fawn on wedneday night , im convinced she never sleep she is on the go 24/7 . she had upturned one of her hides so i unclipped the fawn lid to sort it and she striked at me fortunatley she hit the lid but it was quite violent, was it a case of i spooked her or do they normally srike hard? PS I nearly wet myself i got such a fright

ok i will leave her to settle the last thing i want to do is make her nervous.i will use the python forum in future as kehhlyr sugessted . Thanx guys

you may just have spooked her, she will be settling in and not used to her new housing yet, But when a royal strikes it will be fast and yes normally quite hard.
