bought my first corn recently been misled alot by pet shop as you peeps have pointed out!!

not sorted sexybear really worried now the heat has gone down in viv to 20 cant feel any heat in the mat that was supplied in the kit its a KOMODO 7watt mat
I've put tank near the radiator to try and bring heat up not sure what else i can do!?  |
