Hi KatieandSnakey. You have certainly come to the right place for trying to find out why your snake isnt eating and getting her to feed again. The forum has lots of experienced owners willing to share their advice (as they already have) and their support. Fun and friendship are just the bonuses of being on here.

Hope we can help but it would be helpful to have a lot more info about your snake's set up....how long have you had her, what was she feeding on, how old and length/weight is she, siz of viv, whats in viv and most importantly the temps within the viv. I know it seems a lot of info but it would be good to confirm that it is just her choosing to stay on the ledge that has put her off her food.

Once again, welcome!

Hello!

I'm not feeding my corns till I get a new stat (2 weeks max wont kill them) its far too cold for them to digest.

Yh the temps will be the problem. If too cold the snake can go into a cooling period where there digestive system will shut down untill brought out of it. Some people use this as a method for feeding non feeders, How old is your corn? some corns will go off there food this time of year anyway, some hibernate themselfs for 3 or 4 months ready for the breading season feb march time

hey and welcome

is a big possibility due to being cold
what are your temps in the viv?
has anything changed in the past month that may have stressed her out or something?

hey and welcome
i agree with gp - if its too cold or too hot then yes it can stop them from feeding
hope she restarts soon with her swish new viv
