Posted - 27/09/2009 : 17:18:16 Firstly, Hello and welcome to the forum.
In most parts of the world you don't need a licence. However.....
You have your location listed as the Virgin Islands. If it's the British Virgin Islands and you can't find a breeder/stockist on the islands then you'll need to apply to the BVI department of agriculture for import of an animal into the territories. You should have no problem with it, as it's mainly because the Virgin islands have ALWAYS been rabies free, and they want to keep it that way.
/edit
Just done a bit more research on the subject. If you're the US Virgin Islands, then you cannot have pet snakes at all. You'd be breaking the law if you had them.
British Virgin Isles has no definite answer in regards the snakes, so you'd have to check. |
