Hello, my corns almost a year old, Im new to snakes and didnt choose to get one (relative got bored) but after looking after him for a weeks i became hooked.
Ive read the forum for a while and its helped me massivley. Had him for 3months now and hes quite tame. Really glad my uncle decided snakes are boring.

Like your thinking with the name, it's not as though there's any rush .

He doesnt have a name yet, gives him more mystique and makes my gran more fearfull. :p
i was waiting on seeing his personality come out a bit first, going to narrow my list down and name him by the end of the week...hopefully.

I always put up a warning before I direct anyone to Iansvivarium....a truly dangerous place !!

Your poor gran....if she's worried that the cat will end up as dinner when your snake is only a year old then she'll be even more scared for her cat's life when it gets bigger .

By the way, what is your corn's name?

Xxx

Too late i think, was on ians viv earlier...never realised there was so much variety.

Not sure my gran would be happy about more snakes though, shes still a bit worried the cats going to end up dinner haha.

Thanks again for being so welcoming. Great bunch of people. :)

Hello and welcome, just don't look at Ian's Vivarium, unless you want the addiction to hit...very, very adictive - reptiles :-)

Totally TOTALLY agree with this!!! Was quite happy with a couple of corns - then got a Colombian rainbow boa, hognose, African house snake, carpet python (still want another hognose, needs to be albino female though so keeping an eye out lol). Oh er... don't go looking any of those up now...

Although... I reckon if we hadn't got those other snakes we would just have ended up with more corns instead lol

Unfortunately the story about a snake being found 'boring' is not a new one ....although I can't understand it myself. And I'll warn you now, this won't be your last corn....they are addictive!

If you can't find what you want to know using the search option, then please don't hesitate to ask. We don't bite....much .
