Hello fellow members :)

Im Emily and have always liked exotic animals. Currently I have only an african pygmy hedgehog but am looking in to getting my first reptile pet and I love corn snakes so looking up alot of research and for a relatively close breeder :)

Welcome alonggood luck with your snakey hunting.
Just a thought;had you considered a 'rescue corn'? there are loads of them out there just waiting (and hoping)someone will come along and give them a proper chance

Hi Emily, it is really good that you have joined us! This is a great forum with lots of experienced owners happy to give their advice and support. You also get lots of fun and friendship . You are exactly the sort of person I love, someone who hasn't got their snake yet but is wanting to find out as much about them as possible....and you've come to the right place . I am not sure how much you know about corn snake keeping, so sorry if I am repeating information you already know....but it is better heard twice than not at all.

I am sure you have already browsed the TCS site and forum, and found that it provides great information. The best place to start is Care Sheet. Also have a look at Your 1st snake and, as its a hatchling you're looking to get, then Setting Up A Hatchling Corn Snake - My 101 is definitely required reading.

Please ask as many questions as you like, the only silly question is the one you don't ask !

Hi and welcome.
I'm on the Essex/Cambs/Herts borders if that's any good and have eggs incubating at the moment.
