Hello and welcome to the forum. You can never go wrong with a corn snake :-) Easy to look after, friendly, good size but not too big, come in many different colours and patterns. The downside - highly addictive.

Hello to you both, I am new here too, and getting a corn snake is something you really won't regret. Even though I have only had my girl a few weeks, I am headfirst in love with her.

This is a fantastic place for information, as well as people who are more than happy to help, share advice and help you with particular problems.

Looking forwards to seeing lots of pics when you get your new acquisition

Hi and welcome.
Have a look on the homepage at the caresheet. It's full of great information.
Cornsnakes are great pets. They're also rather addictive!!!
