Posted - 25/03/2013 : 10:11:04 Hi Orville, my name is Fi and I am new around here too. I have a 6 month old corn snake and she but she is only diddy, so she is on single pinkies at the moment.
It would probably be best to help your grandson weigh his snake, as Kellog has done a great post which will give you a rough guide to feeding

Hope it helps, and don't be afraid to ask anything, everyone is so helpful around here. I hope your grandson (and you) have lots of pleasure with your snake |

Posted - 23/03/2013 : 19:47:11 Hello and welcome It will depend on how big it is but at that age they will usually be on 1 or 2 pinky mice every 5-7 days or on mice fluffs every 6-7 days. The usual rule is to feed prey no bigger than 1.5 times the widest part of the snake. |
