So I've been sneaking around this fantastic forum for a few weeks now for research and advice (So glad I found this forum as it really helped , my head is basically exploding with all the knowledge I've learned from here).
So I thought it was about time to become a member as I'm picking up my first corn hatchling on Saturday! Super excited.. Not sure on the gender yet but it is being sold as a bloodred... now from a few of the topics I have read on here I understand that he/she will most probably be a diffused?
Well I won't be disappointed anyway as he/she is stunning and I can't wait to show you all!!
Still stuck on names though.. so hope to get some suggestions when I post some pictures next week

Natalie.

Hia NatalieC - actually yes, I have a name for my new baby girl, it is Cathy (Catherine Earnshaw from Wuthering Heights was the inspiration behind that one!). I am all set up ready to go, and am so looking forwards to getting her on Friday. I am hoping that once I have won my husband round that Cathy can get her Heathcliff in time.

I have spoken to the breeder today, and she is much more herself, so he is going to brain a pinkie for her tomorrow for her meal, and, fingers crossed, I can get her on Friday. I can't wait to show her off, and will be keeping my eyes open for pics of your baby soon. Have you got any names in mind for your new arrival yet?

Hello! I am new too, I am picking my girl up on Friday - I was supposed to get her yesterday but she hadn't eaten and the breeder wanted to make sure she had eaten before I took her home. Mine was advertised as an albino, but as Herriotfan pointed out, she is actually a snow morph. I am beyond excited and even though this is my first snake, I have been brought up round them. My grandmother used to have an eight foot boa that used to just roam the house. Welcome and I hope we can learn together :)

That's lovely to here, im rather excited too and seem to be hooked in this addiction already! I will be seeing him/her tomorrow as I'm getting the faunarium tomorrow so I may be able to get a sneaky picture :)
Have you thought of any names for your young one yet?
