Posted - 01/07/2012 : 19:14:08 if she's in blue that could well be why. personally i would leave her untill she has shed then feed her, once she's digested then i'd start handling. regards to shedding lenght of time it can be between 7 and 10 days, her eyes will go clear then she will shed. mine tend to go dull then 3 days later they go into blue, this lasts around 2 to 3 days then they usually shed 3-4 days after. it does vary though. rember to check eye caps and tail tip once she has shed |

Posted - 01/07/2012 : 16:52:51 Agree with Lou, pictures definitely required Also agree that you should leave your corn for a few more days. Generally it's good to give them a little time just to get used to new sights and smells and sounds, especially once they've had a journey around, which is no doubt confusing. Just be patient! |

Posted - 01/07/2012 : 16:45:43 Hi and welcome.
did you leave you snake to settle in for the first 7 days? if not i'd leave the snake to settle in a bit longer with no handling, you can put a sock or hanky with your scent on in the viv to help the snake get used to you, also once settled with short and regular handling she will soon settle down.
also pictures are compulsary :-) |
