hello im new to this forum and to a corn snake i have read alot of posts on here and i have took all the advice and have used it so thankyou all i now have a 3.5 ft beech viv set up with a heat mat chipping thermostat digital thermomiter water dish hide holes hydrometer a uv light and a normal light bulb with protective cage and a lock for the doors and am getting my snake this friday with pinkies so thankyou all for the tips hope to talk to you all soon |

hi guys i got one pic of slash hes on my banner hes my first snake hes a amel corn hes 14 weeks old ive had him 3 days now i took that pic when i got him out of the box he was transported in :D |

hi and welcome im sure you'll love your new addition im fairly new to keeping snakes myself although my hubby is well experienced and we are getting a new snake from a breeder soon just for him going to view and choose on saturday so i bet your excited iam and its not my snake  |

my snake is coming tomorrow yay got the thermo and heat mat set to right temp turns on at 27.1 and turns off at 29.1 :D so excited got everything ready role on tomorrow |

i would always use a thermostat i wouldnt like to be sat on something tht was really hot and have it burning me so i wouldnt put and heat source in with my snake with out one as i dont want that getting burnt as there cold blooded they cant feel the burning and thankyou for the comments and help |

i just purchesed my snake today off of 888 reptiles it will be here tuesday as they dont do friday postage i got a Amelanistic Corn Snake captive breed 2012 got its faun SET UP WITH HEAT MAT and THERMOSTAT and digital thermomiter and a hydro meter and a hide and water dish with chippings also orderd moss today to and am going to freeze it for when i need it i have pinkies in the freezer already so im ready to go printed lots of care sheets and got a book about corns to so i can refere to them as i go along thank you all for the welcomes and advice |
