Hi and welcome to the forum, have fun choosing your baby snake.
Just checking, but I hope your starter kit came with a thermostat, they are a must to regulate temperature.

you need to ask questions such as does it have feeding records? shedding records? possible weight records? You need to ask questions reg its health (ie has it ever had any scale rot/mite problems). Has it had any health problems? Shedding problems? Whats the temperament like? xx

I recently bought my first baby corn, and I instantly fell in love with one. I asked the guy that worked there if I could have a good look, he let me hold and gave me some records of feeding and shedding. Made sure the little guy seemed active (which he was, believe me!), and looked healthy, which he did. The records all seemed good, and that was basically the go-ahead signal for me. Just make sure you're happy with the one that you find, and that it seems happy too! :)
