Posted - 15/01/2012 : 20:58:32 Just wanted to say Hi quickly. I previously had a leopard gecko who died a few years back. With an empty viv I acquired my first corn just after Christmas and found this forum a few days after. Great forum He's a 7 month old Anery. After reading about what escape artists they can be I made a new lid for his viv. And then 2 days later he escaped. I'm truly gutted, and am spending most of my days and nights trying to hunt him out and catch him. Hopefully he'll turn up soon and I can post some photos! |

Posted - 16/01/2012 : 19:40:17 Thanks for the positive thoughts guys. I suspect he's a bit daunted by the big wide world and curled up somewhere. He was only just getting used to his new house when he made his bid for freedom anyway. I just hope I can tempt him out/track him down before too long! He's been gone a week now :( btw, as I didn't say, he's called Sherlock. |

Posted - 15/01/2012 : 23:22:15 Hellooo and welcome!
Bad news about little snakie... fingers crossed he turns up soon for you! I had a 5 month old king snake go missing a while back; she was gone for a whole 40 days in winter before turning up suddenly on a bin bag on a cleaning day! Dont loose hope, as you say, he'll pop out one day when you least expect it lol! |
