Hello all!
I am Jess, though I tend to be called by my online tag more often than not, Kara, and I love in the south of the UK in Brighton & Hove~ I've had a long standing interest in reptiles for a fair few years and I studied a BTEC Diploma in Animal Management at Plumpton in '04 (I think!), I had a husbandry and breeding project for my second year on fat-tailed gecko while continuing to care for the rest of the reptiles on the unit, monitors, tortoise and lots and lots of snakes!
I will admit I always had a soft spot for our incredibly docile OAP corns!

Only yesterday I finally finished taking the plunge into snake-keeping, I have adopted a young corn from a good friend at work and will be his third home. :] I have to say I am relishing the challenge of taking on a reptile at long last, though I never thought a snake would be my first one!

So I would like to introduce Claude, as far as I am aware he was an accidental breeding and as far as I am aware he is a garden variety corn snake.. But I loves him dearly none the less!
Ninja pic!

I'm very much looking forward to his week settling being up already, patience! Haha~
