Hello From New Mexico!

I'm the proud Mom of "Evie" the Okeetee Corn Snake, which we just brought home yesterday. Evie is GRAVID and I'm super excited.

I've had garter snakes before, but never anything as lovely (or large) as Evie. She's a beauty (aren't they all?!) and as soon as I can I'll figure out how to post her photo.

Right now I need to learn all I can about gravid snakes and how to handle her 'delicate' condition.

Any Suggestions to valid topic threads or suggestions would be most welcome!!!

BTW...Whoever designed this website...It's Lovely!

heya and welcome

just treat her as normal for now, provide her with a large damp hide for a laying box and don't be surprised if she goes off her food when there's no room for it to go down
