I don't see why you wouldn't. I think the eyes are a beautiful colour. You could try and see one in person and decide if you like them.
I'm so confused now...I don't really get the whole gene thing of snakes and I tend to think most morphs look simiular.

no, amels genetically lack melanin (hence amelanistic or 'amel' for short) snows lack the genes to make melanin and erythrin (red or black) and are left with various amounts of xanthin (yellow) pigment |

Reverse Okeetee's are a selectively bred type of Amel so indeed will all have red eyes.
Learn something new every day. Are Blizzards and Snows a selectively bred type of Amel then?
I'll be honest, the red and pink eyes on a white snake I don't really like but they look good on orange snakes.
