Finished in 13h50mins, set of at 15:15 and arrived at 05:05. Only myself and one other out of the 5 that set off finished, it was pretty hard going.

My daughter and friends walked from Godstone to Redhill for Rag Week (in her pyjamas!!)....not far but she raised nearly £100 for charity  . 11 of the lads in her year chose to walk from Brighton. Prepared really well, trained, took first aid kits etc...left the night before, but only 5 of them staggered in around lunch time! Dont think any of them made it to lessons that day, they were all spread out in their form room, boots off, yelling 'Dont you dare go anywhere near my feet!!'  . The size of their blisters  !
Some advice BE - choose your walking shoes carefully. Only walk in walking boots if they are well broken in. Prepare for all weathers. Take a first aid kit, bananas, lucozade drinks, stuff like that.

I am picking a friend up from work on Sunday, leaving his car there, then we'll walk in, do a day's work and then he can drive me home 
Don't worry if you can't find any money, I understand that not everyone has any spare money. |

That is really amazing, and then you do a full days work? How do you get home again =D
