Slinky is a VERY active little snakey- (I only brought her home on Saturday) she was out of her hide for 2 hours Saturday night- (light off) Yesterday she was out and about (out of her hide) for 3 hours (with the light on) and so far this evening shes been out for just over an hour-(also with light on) and I also watched her drink about 45 mins ago!
Is this amount of activity normal??
I really thought that I would bring her home and then not see her properly until her first feed!- in a weeks time!
I also think that she has got her eye on escaping- as she is paying particular attention to the front of the Viv- where the doors are! There is a lock on the front and the doors are/seem secure!
Just cant get over her activity! |

my snake is up all night after the lights are out, or low - particuarly since I put her into a larger viv last week, I think she just likes to be up and about exploring! I think every snake is different, same with whether they like to be handled or like to climb lots etc. etc.
