It was quite good this evening.
I got in just in time to see it from the Pebble Toad, so didn't miss a great amount.

Just watched it. I think that was possibly the best animal documentary I have ever seen.
BlueTongueDan Posted - 19/10/2009 : 19:42:40
Dont miss it tongight!
Gonna be all about Reptile and Amphibians
Kellog Posted - 15/10/2009 : 21:44:21
I love that part of the show too, I remember in Big Cat Diary's they listed the amount of film (in minutes and length), batteries, car tyres, food, hours spent just watching, hours spent filming, hours spent searching for something, etc. Was unbelievable. xxx

The orcas eating sharks isnt a new discovery....has been known about for a while. Must watch it though, think wildlife filming is amazing. Can you imagine the hours it takes to make just one of those programmes!! xxx

Thats what I like about D.Attenborough's shows. At the end they show the making of the programme. Really shows how much effort, hard work and patience is put into making them.

I always knew that Orcas were awesome predators, but never thought they'd take on a Great White

The man is a genius! Anything narrated by David Attenborough is more than worth a watch!
LittleMick Posted - 14/10/2009 : 21:48:33
Yeah the killer whale ones was really fascinating, but I do love anything that is narrated by D.Attenborough. I watched the Planet series at my brothers earlier this years, brill.

Amazing! The way they worked together and figured out that the sharks were calm when on their backs was unreal! And we think we're the most intelligent species on this planet...
