Posted - 08/09/2009 : 11:27:26 i wouldn't be worried that she's not shed yet, just keep an eye out for the signs kellog mentioned above - blue eyes, dull appearance, rough feeling scales and hiding away more.
once your snake's eyes have gone blue they usually clear within a couple of days then shed within about a week later. try to avoid handling during this time as their vision is poor so they may act defensively. feeding when they're in blue is down to the keepers personal preference and ultimately down to the snake but don't be alarmed if a feed is refused. |

Posted - 08/09/2009 : 05:03:12 Kellog is just under Eddie's length and sheds approximately every 6 weeks as well, so she could very easily be coming into a shed now. Have her eyes gone 'blue' and is she hiding more than usual? xxx |

Posted - 07/09/2009 : 21:27:14 My snake is four and a half foot but to be honest I think he always sheds every 6-7 weeks so you're not that far off if she shed just before you got her? |
