Posted - 20/08/2009 : 20:38:21 hello everyone, wondered if any one can help me out, i am in animal care at college and i have an assignment to complete, basicaly we have to pretend that we are opening a new shop and want we would sell and where we would sourse the product from to sell, this is non-livestock and livestock and as reptile live stock one of the i picked was corn snake and was wondering if any one knew a general supplier that supplies corns to shops. i own a corn my self best pet ever very nippy when young :-) |

Posted - 20/08/2009 : 21:26:33 i don't personally know many shops that breed their own........ local breeders put in the time and effort looking after their breeding stock all year......... not overheads and work that many shops want! |

Posted - 20/08/2009 : 21:03:48 most reptile shops breed their own corns but i know http://www.888reptiles.co.uk/ do wholesale to shops. hope that helps you out. also at my shop we use a company called strictly reptile have a look for them if you can |

Most Rep shop bread their own corns but i know there are alot of breaders out there and even snake farms who sell on babies as soon as they hatch leaving it to the shop to get them feeding. Some shops also exchange hatchling for goods when people have bread them at home. |
