I'm making a viv for my beardies, as they are growing fast.
Its a 4ft x 2ft x 2ft.
I went to b&q today and bought:
MDF (all cut to size ready
2x vents
2x runners
screws
It all came to £34.38 I had a dicount of £6.86 (handy when your brother works there ) so i paid £27.52
took these pics quick with my webcam (so bad quality)
but i will be putting better ones up when i actually start work on it, hopefully tomorrow.

Need lino, and deco and then it will be fully finished
the blue stuff is just not to ruin the shelves until i get lino
ive only got a small uv in there as i smashed the other one, and thats the only spare i had. |

Yeah but you can get a lot more for your money when you make em yourself - I posted up some pix of my custom built (four vivs), I reckon the materials for that (including all the electrics, stats, bits of furniture etc) ended up being about £450? I think it would have cost a fair bit more than that from a shop though. |

lol wouldnt have made mine yet, but my beardies are actually trying to jump out of the tank they are in now, so i thought its best to do it. had to do it on a budget tho as i dont get paid til the end of the month :( |
