Yep, finally got at least two of my snakes houstrained

Took Bazlishka outside yesterday, as it was nice and warm ( and she was well overdue for a poop ), and she obligingly did it in the grass - good girl.

Twid was due to poop today ( 4 days after feed ), and he does like to do that in the privacy of his own viv, generally at around midnight, and on the heatmat, thank you very much... so he wasn't all that happy to come out. I saw the tell tale bulge near the cloak, and he fought to get back to the viv - he has got a strong aversion to pooping when handled, and will desperately hold it in, till he's back in his viv.

I took him out, in the grass, and he was so interested in following all the scent trails left by Baz yesterday, that he forgot he was out and pooped in the grass, too.

No spot cleaning this time round, as even Seb did his poop in his water bowl...yuk.

P.S. I bet my next post will be something like: Grrr, he pooped all over the heatmat electrical element again.

'Tis the sign of the true corn snake keeper... can't be a REAL corn snake keeper, without having been initiated by being pooped on :-)

Welcome to the Poop Club, sadly i am also a member lol

SBB, both Twid and Seb just love to poop on the heatmat, and several weeks ago Twid pooped on 2 hides and heatmat in one go - and left sperm plugs on top of his cold hide, too. I envy my friend's royals poops - once in a very long time, nice and solid....

Thats just nasty, not the first time iv wished they would poop like a royal!

Seb does 3 poops per feed - tiny one day two after feed, massive one on day 3, and a fur only on day 4. It's only because he's so active. The last poop - the one in the water bowl - he'd been quite chilled out, so only did the one. Hope it will stay like that.

In the month since we got Stanlee, she has pooped on me three times!! Sat, sun and Monday! Lol then once in her viv and today thought she was going to poop on the grass. Tail was up and ready but think she was embarrassed due to family members being present..... Guess I'm poop hunting in her viv tomorrow then

Damn, wish mine were trained. Luna did *three* poops today. THREE!!! Spose it's my own fault, last feeding day she got a chick and a rat cos Aleron refused his and I didn't want to waste it.
