You need to figure out how many mice you need..

Litters are 5-13 and they take 30-60 days to fully mature.

If you really want to push your does you can breed them 3-4 times a year but it's really hard on them... once or twice a year is much healthier.

breeding pair or trio (trio mff) proper housing temps over 23 deg C and bobs your midwife. Isnt particularly difficult
