got a vague letter back from my housing association today after i'd asked for permission to keep a corn snake, so we phoned them to clarify and spoke to a really nice lady who said it's fine as long as the snake isn't causing problems with the neighbors and we get no complaints and if you require more snakes ring us first and we'll add them to the permission of your tenancy! so great news and wonder if she keeps snakes as she used the words require and basking?

Sounds like they don't actually know what goes into keeping snakes. How would a snake cause problems with the neighbours?! Unless it escaped I suppose...

Good that you have permission for the first one though
