I would just like to share a happy first with all you guys, I just fed Phoenix his 4th feed with me in the three weeks that i've had him, and he finally plucked up the courage to grab the pinky from the tongs tonight  I'm so glad to know that hes comfortable with the tongs now, yay! |

I think we have everything to be proud of Natalie. Cathy's problem is that tongs = freedom, regardless of what is on the end, and then freedom = playtime! |

Ah well its good to know shes doing well with you Fi, I think for them being our first snakes, we have both been doing a good job lol!
Its funny how she just climbs up the tongs, Phoenix wouldn't go near them at first, but he now knows that if he's put in the small box he knows it feeding time and just gobbles it down hehe

Great Natalie? He is doing fantastically! Cathy has a history of regurges and I am proud to say she hasn't had one since I got her. I have had a refusal, but with lots of support have taken that in my stride and by the next time she took it really well.
Think I am going to have to wait to see her grab the pinkie from the tongs (every time she sees them she just climbs up them, regardless that there is a pinkie on the end!).
SO chuffed that Phoenix is getting the hang of thing and fingers crossed we can work a way of him teaching Cathy - Skype maybe, lol! |
