Hi I have just moved slink into the vivarium from the faunarium and am finding it quite hard to see everything in the viv. Has anyone got any suggestions on lighting to go in a viv and how best to fit it? Below is a picture of the viv as it is.

Ledberg lights ordered, kitchen roll tubes to be saved and put in place thanks all for the advice, it is very much appreciated.

It looks beautiful, but does need a bit more cover, so that snakey can go from one end to the other, and to the water bowl safely and under cover :-)
You could get some plastic trailing plants, and just drape them around, or hang them from your climbing branch. Or, much easier, get several loo paper cardboard roles ,or kitchen towel roles, as tunnels. You could either cut them in half, or leave them as a tube. Slink will love those.

I don't mind at all, I'm always happy to be given advice as I am still new to this so please feel free to let me know if you think I could be doing something differently to make slink happier. I will have a look at moving things around and adding a few more hides from one end to the other.

Just a suggestion Slink, I hope you don't mind! I always try to make sure the snake has a 'covered' way of getting from one hide to the other so if they need to adjust their temp they feel safe to move. One easy way is to get a length of fake ivy from Dunelm Mill, or put a couple of kitchen/toilet roll tubes in :)

The Ledberg lights are great for the price, and make such a different to the inside of the viv

You'll get your cut as soon as I find a place to park the yacht. Monaco is very busy at this time of year.
