Just got myself a brace of these; two 36"x18"x18" vivs.

http://www.scalesandfangs.co.uk/reptile-housing/monkfield-reptile-wooden-vivariums/reptile-flat-packed-vivariums/beech-36-inch-x-18-inch-x-18-inch-melamine-flat-vivarium

And I really like them. Better packed than the old Vivexotic stuff, easier to put together and well made. All the external fixings are kept to the back and bottom of the viv, and there are 4 internal cam fittings at the top.

It took about 15 minutes to build the vivs, and all the runners are fitted to the top and bottom plinths, and also the sides, so it all goes together in only one way.

Finished viv, assembly stickers still attached (with added cabinet legs).

Base fittings.

Back fittings.

Internal fittings (same both sides).

Both vivs.

Nice bits of kit! Both of them are drilled for wires (the top wire access' have been siliconed in), sealed, and will be ready for snakes tomorrow!

Oh brilliant, thanks a lot Mrs Bunt and Dan!

SID, sounds like you just missed the blue stage! Good news it was a healthy, all-in-one shed though

ahh ok, i searched monkfield vivariums and nothing came up
mrsbunt Posted - 14/04/2013 : 20:42:28
Scaly they are on the site but you have to put it in search bar, they seem to have replaced them with monkfield terrainiums, I had a wee panic to myself as I was looking at the glass sided viv for Sheldon. You have to do a search for oak melamine and it comes up with a drop down list,
ScalySituation Posted - 14/04/2013 : 20:26:57
Is is just me or are they no longer on this site?

Good looking vivs, they do look better than the viv exotics
Sta~ple Posted - 02/03/2013 : 09:12:27
Looks nice with runners at the side, always bugs me that my viv exotics don't have them.
Dancross0 Posted - 01/03/2013 : 06:00:32
They are £69.00ish, and the delivery is about £8.50 for next day courier...
andy Posted - 28/02/2013 : 22:42:43
how much were they?
smart bunny Posted - 28/02/2013 : 20:36:32
Hmmm, I'm impressed - wish I'd seen them before I got my vivexotics lol!
ScalySituation Posted - 28/02/2013 : 19:54:10
may i ask how much delivery was for them?
Dancross0 Posted - 28/02/2013 : 18:47:28
They're cheaper than the medium Viva, but more pricey than the medium Repti-stax. But it's bigger than both of Vivexotics vivs...

Awesome! Will definitely keep these in mind then. Are they more or less expensive than Vivexotic? Or around about the same?
