I'm considering starting a new non-profit venture, to try and give young people or older some new oppurtunities and to make them feel more valued in today's lacking economy.
I'm 22 and I feel that with all the bad press the economy of the UK failing everyone around me, that something little can go a long way.
I'm luck enough to secure a full time job, with a standard wage. So I aim on inspiring people to do something with their spare time (if they have it).
Music is the key, Everyone loves music (well I'm yet to meet someone who cant relate to music).
I intend on starting an online radio station, which will allow anyone to broadcast and host their own radio shows. The main problem is funding and whether it would gather interest and potential listeners.
All you would need is a PC, free broadcasting software, some music, a microphone and some spare time.
I'm already in talks with PPL to gain licensing permission. Aswell as the cost of hosting websites and streaming servers. This is going to be expensive task.
Would love to hear your thoughts and oppinions (negative and positive)
