As the title says just tried to order my lx36 from them and the transaction difnt go through but order was processed just wandering if anyone has had expieriance with them as emailed them to ask how they want me to pay but no response yet?

They just emailed me back, although advertised on their website the beech lx36 is out of stock so waiting for my refund now and luckily found one on ebay which I've just bought, hopefully this one works out cos goddammit i want my vivs to match lol

Just checked, they were in north Wales now in York, as you, I can't find a number anywhere. Due to order food soon, a little worried now!

They are busy, if you want to ask soemthing, ring them. When I've e-mailed about a problem, they had it sorted out but forgot to respond so I rang and got my answer

Used these a lot for food without a problem, sure they were based somewhere in Wales but now using an address in York, maybe moved or sold!

Thanks Paulie and ive looked everywhere for phone number and cant find one but instead have reordered paying by direct debit and payment and order were processed so emailed them again saying ive made a new order and made a succesful payment so please cancel the previous one where payment failed :) so just wait and see dont think they are open over the weekend :)

I had an order of mice from them. Arrived almost when I expected it to but due to a mistake from me, the mice weren't completely frozen (I should have selected before 12am delivery). I contacted them to ask how I could tell which mice were okay or not and never got a reply (still haven't got one). I put it down to them ignoring what they thought was a pointless question but it may just be due to bad customer service. Is there a phone number to ring instead as I don't know whether it is common for them not to answer emails.
