I tried to explain an easy way to resize a pic on Photobucket before, i think i wasnt very good, thought it would be easier to show instead.
But if someone does it better by video, or shows pics how to do it, it would be better than me

photobucket rapes the quality from photos during resizing, a lot better to resize before uploading ;) |

Is the same for the new photobucket, the only difference now is it says customise your upload options at the top right of the page now and not centre bottom, also all photos are then uploaded at the correct size and not having to go through each photo individually ;) |
