I'm picking up two females (corns, obviously). An Amel from manda (if she continues eating, go little girl go!) and a tessera from multicorn.

I'm currently trying to resist a female pied sided diffused from procorns who would be the perfect partner for my male hypo diffused (also from them). She is a low expression but I have heard that two low expression pied can produce high expression babies. How about a het pied and a low expression? What do you guys think? Procorns are likely to have medium/high expression next year, but that's a whole year away and she's so cute! haha.

So is anyone else picking up some newbies from donny show?

Well, I was well behaved. I only bought the three corn snakes that I had reserved, although I was very very very (VERY) tempted by a gorgeous tessera from multicorn. They're all home and settling into their new RUBs now. I'll do a thread with piccies on when I can sort out my camera.

Sooooo, what did everyone else get?
Moppet Posted - 20/09/2012 : 22:53:07
Haha, I don't think my bank balance could take any more! Unless anyone actually wants to give me a nice granite for free it will have to wait until next year I think.

I'm picking up a tessera het lots, a ghost het pied stripe, granite het pied stripe, fire pied, either a cinder or lava cinder, a couple of normals het lots, and probably something else as well I'll be the one with the stupid grin on my face, hovering around all the pretty corns at Multicorn and Procorns' tables!!

Yay! So pleased she got going with the whole eating thing. Can't wait to meet her!

Wow, you're getting lots of snakeys Granite is next on my list of wants I think. OH says I'll be in trouble if I bring home more than the three females I have reserved though Might be worth being in trouble for a nice granite...or a high het normal...

I love the new pictures in your signature btw, you'll have to add lots to it after Sunday

Sneak in a granite and say you got given it for free :P Haha thanks, there's only a few of them pictured otherwise it'd have taken up the whole screen!

@ Dancross0: I was thinking about Portsmouth, that's much closer, so very, very tempted... just worried if I go there for equipment, I won't be able to resist, if I see any of the morphs on my wishlist. Just like Red123, I think my husband would divorce me, if I bring home another ( and I only have 2 ) . It was bad enough when I bought little Twiddler.

Your nan must be one very special lady You are very lucky.

I will not be attending the show as I think my husband would divorce me if I went as I know I would come back with several. He sat shaking his head at me for the whole evening and beyond when I came home with Bryan.

Oh I'm so jealous. I think we're busy that weekend so I can't go, otherwise I'd be hanging around the Procorns table too!

Isoldael- Tessera's are going for about £180 this year, depending on any hets they might be more. Prices next year are expected to be about £150.
Isoldael Posted - 18/09/2012 : 11:29:57
May I ask how much you're paying for that tessera? I'd LOVE to have one, they are so extremely pretty, but seeing that my funds are sort of limited... Trying to figure out when the prices drop enough for me to try and buy one :)

And another thing about Donny, the BBC will be filming there for the 'Inside Out' program. Something to do with the APA's claims about reptile keeping (read: male cow waste)...

I'd look for a honey or a gold dust, and a high yellow butter motley, and a nice female abbots okeetee for Little T., high orange amel stripe, and a low pied royal...and crestie.... and crocodile skink....not allowed any of those :-( so no point.

There is one in Portsmouth on the 28/10/2012. If you're not "allowed" to get snakes, you could just go there for cheap equipment...

IT'S THIS SUNDAY!!!! *ahem* a little bit excited now...

I have failed in resisting the female pied sided diffused haha. I'm picking her up on Sunday too

Will have to wait and see how many snakes I end up bringing home. I could probably be tempted by a nice granite...

Thorne Walker Posted - 10/09/2012 : 00:25:27
No promises!

I'm headed to the CRBE on the 15th and while I'm sure I can resist most anything an attractive hoggie priced right is def an option...
