Ok so been reading up about these....apparantly they can grow to 7FT!!!

Oscar is part Grey Rat Snake (must be somewhere along the line, he's a Gold Dust Motley)

I assume he won't be much bigger than 5ft fully grown? Or rather, i hope haha! Or i'll have to go and purchase a bigger viv soon lol.

I love and hate going there so many temptations and I can't always resist (did manage to resist the lovely hypo bloodred stripe when I went last weekend)

I put some pics up already from when i went to meet him http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=25946

Be picking him up the week 10 September, so after his settling in period i'll have many more pics to come! I have a ridiculous amount of Freddie already haha.

7 feet would be an exceptional maximum and not the average. I have a Grey Rat Snake and he is around 4'3". I wouldn't expect him to get much bigger than this, maybe another couple of inches over the next few years. I don't think a hybrid Rat x Corn would vary much from a standard size Corn and max out at between 4 -> 5 feet. Although there are always those that don't read the rules.

Get the camera clicking once he's settled in.
