Long time since I've been on here
hello all

I am looking to sell most of my corns
first off the reason for this is with my current working situation I cant devote as much time as I'd like to them
so i'm cutting myself down to just one

the advice I am after is what to sell them for
now I know they arent the priciest snakes around but I dont want to just give them away

what I will be putting up for sale is

3 year old female ghost with fully setup 2 foot viv

2 year old male butter with fully setup 2 foot viv

4 year old female amel and 4 year old female snow sharing a fully setup 3 foot viv
(I know sharing isnt advised but I purchased these as a pair and they have lived together since babies)

5-6 year old male gold dust with fully setup 3 foot viv (apparently serpenco snake)

5-6 year old female butter with fully setup 3 foot viv (apparently serpenco snake)

all snakes are healthy eaters/pooers/shedders
and handle very well

when a I say fully setup I mean viv, heatmat, thermostat, thermomometer, water bowl, and some small decor only substrate would be needed

I can supply pics if needed

all suggestions/advice appreciated

mods if I have placed this in the wrong section please feel free to move it

So slightly more floor space than what a 33/50/64 ltr RUB provides.

funny you should say that they are all 18 inch depth

Any in 2 foot vivariums or cohabited you'd be looking at snake cost only as their current setup is not suitable and anyone who will be taking it on will have to invest considerably to house them properly.

Depends on the depth of the 2 foot vivs. If 18" depth or more then they are no smaller than the 50ltr RUBS that people house adult corns in. Though as you know I am totally against them.

The ones in the three footers are more like it, if the vivariums come with everything then you should be able to put a higher price on it, advertising on reptile forums such as this one is a good idea to try get experienced keepers for them (though its not guaranteed), have a look on preloved and gumtree etc to get an idea of the value of the snakes in your area.

If it ever came to wanting rid of my lot I would personally rather give my snakes to an experienced person who will care for them properly for free than to just anyone for a price.

set ups, depending on how old they are id say a 3rd of the new cost. the 3 year old ghost will need moving up a size viv soon, so you will get less for her and her set up. again the two sharing should be in a bigger viv so youll get less for them. i'd say as they all have stats and mats etc 60 - 80 per snake and set up. less for the ones in smaller vivs. but you could sell one of the cohabs and then the remaining adult and viv.

^^^^^^^^ my opinion^^^^^^^^
