Posted - 23/05/2012 : 01:16:10 wanting to get some qualifications to do with snakes or reptiles in general. Anyone got any? or does anyone know of a course.
Really a college course or open uni would be good. I'm 21 and did college, but i only got one A level, and it was in drama lol! So id probs have to re take and get biology etc if i were to go to a proper uni...
Would one day LOVE to work in a zoo or something similar looking after reptiles. |

Posted - 23/05/2012 : 17:35:30 alot of the animal care courses do have an exotics module, not come across anything specificaly herp, but like has been mentioned alot of uni's do zoology. i have a national diploma and extended national dipolma in animal management with that course i studied exotics, animal collections(zoo animals) along with other modules such as antaomy and physiology and biology. the extended dip is the equivalant to 4 A levels or so i have been told. |
