I've got a heat mat that came with a viv (second hand) and its not heating up. I've had to rewire it to get it out of the viv and i've wired it back up and no heat! It gets luke warm but not hot enough to heat a viv. I am thinking that this is a dodgy mat and i'm not too bothered but this is the second large heat mat i've had that doesn't heat. Am I being stupid or just bad luck.
Cheers |

For the price of them and also knowing you have a fully functioning mat, id just buy a new one!
I'd go with that. |

Posted - 19/05/2012 : 16:25:35 I was being dumb, I was measuring it using touch not real thermometers. I stuck a thermo on there and it was reading at 31C. Perfect! :) |
