glad your both healing well. can't say i blame him for being a bit protective on the lead! my nanas neibours are the classie idiot who cause staff's to have a bad name, we took the girls up to my nanas yesterday and her neighbours staff jumped over the wall and crashed into our shepard who is old and wobbly due to a neurological condidtion, of course as jess hadn't seen the dog as it crashed in to her she turned around and had a go at lucy the other dog, luckly neither of them got hurt, but the owner didn't even say sorry just shouted at the dog, this is the second time this as happened, the first time lucys daugher came barging in to the garden and had a go at our spanner for no reason! it bugs the hell out of me as thats why staff get a bad name! neither of their dogs have been socialised correctly and they bred from lucy just to make money!!!

Of course if things had gone wrong and say zig did bite in retaliation no doubt it would have been "the dangerous staffy who bit his lovely husky" im sure!! makes my blood boil!

You are right, would have been been the 'evil staffys' fault, hate owners that dont give a damn, so glad he was ok though, think it was Zigs reaction that it didnt get worse though, even being confused was the right thing!

Glad you're both on the mend.It must have been really bad if Bailey still has that amount of soreness after all this time.

Your fingers look a lot better than i thought they would be, so glad Bailey is ok
marc_sg Posted - 06/05/2012 : 16:53:35
yeah i thought it was only a few puncture wounds but when the scab slowly came off it revealed a much big and few more cuts. but he is doing really well. thanks to everyone for wishing him better

You fingers look like they have healed well. There looks like a lot of scaring on Bailey's jaw that seems to be worse then I remember from the original post, I thought is was just a couple of puncture holes but it looks like he took a fair bit of tearing as well. That said it does seem to be healing well, hope he is fully recovered soon.
