Big T was unusually quiet and hidden away for the past couple of days. He has just gone into really deep blue, he looks more like a zombie Rat Snake with his faded colours. Poor guy is totally blind with the welder's goggles. Might have some pics later.

Aww great news :)

Yep, he finally shed a week past Friday. One of the cleanest and unbroken sheds I've seen.

He's looking good but I've not had much time for photos recently. Blaze also shed last week and his/her colours are stunning. Both are shovelling the chips from one end to the other. Roll on the end of breeding season.

Hey Auld Baldy - Mirkey must have shed by now? I remember you worrying that he hadn't, and then he was in blue - did he shed OK in the end?

I always make sure they are 'empty' before doing these exercises. You never know though, there might be some benefit to the barren regions with a little dab of fertilizer.

I just let them tire of biting and head slapping me. Eventually the novelty wears off.

SB, do you mean the audition Mirkey the Mauler and me did for 'Should have gone to SpecSavers'?

I've already had my quota for the next couple of months with Vambo. Once he's up to spec and the living room furniture has been ditched then another couple of vivs built, we shall see.

I don't want to grab every little cutie that turns up. I'd rather take those that prove difficult to move, either due to species or temperament that need a bit of masterful TLC.
