as some of you are away i had a accident a few weeks ago due to

trying to kill me, and causing this

i managed to break a metatarsal an damage loads of ligament. ive had a lisfranc injury, which it seams is quiet rare. with only occurs 1 in every 100 bone breaks seen at hospitals. so the consultants were suprised to see it.

after 4 days in hospital an foot being to swollen to operate i was sent home. this is the swelling an bruising nearly 2 weeks on

this is bumble yesterday. not sure if hes hugging my foot to say sorry or if hes just trying to finish the job

an this is the visible bruising today before operation

and now back at home after surgery to screw it all back togeather
