If its a new snake take it as gospel it will be a little bit unsure of you, you just have to let them settle and then go slow with handling, not too much and not too long etc. I'm sure it will be fine though, corns are very quick to adapt to interacting with us.
PS you dont need to post in 2 places, end up with 2 lots of info to go through.

These are the usual signs that it is a bit unsure of you due to the fact that anything bigger is seen as a predator and it doesn't want to be on your menu.
Corns don't really get angry, just stressed due to the uncertainty of a new owner and being handled. A bit of patience and regular short periods of handling will eventually lead to it being more relaxed during handling. |
